Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at admin@getbiz.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

GetBiz is a business intelligence platform that connects to your financial data (including QuickBooks) to provide business health scores, valuation estimates, financial insights, and strategic recommendations. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with tiered plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) as described on our pricing page.

Important: The valuations, scores, and recommendations provided by GetBiz are for informational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making material business or financial decisions.

• Free tier: GetBiz offers a limited free tier. Certain features require a paid subscription.
• Paid plans: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All fees are in USD.
• Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods.
• Apple / Google subscriptions: If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing and cancellation are managed by Apple or Google respectively, subject to their terms.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

The Service integrates with third-party services, including QuickBooks (Intuit). Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party services. You authorize us to access your QuickBooks data on your behalf solely to provide the Service features you enable.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure;
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights;
• Misrepresent your identity or the financial data you provide; or
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service without our written consent.

All content, software, trademarks, and features of the Service are owned by Biz Labs Group, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited license to use it as described herein.

You retain ownership of the financial data and business information you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Biz Labs a limited license to process, store, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We may use de-identified, aggregated data to improve the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT VALUATIONS AND SCORES WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BIZ LABS GROUP, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Biz Labs Group, Inc. and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Orange County, Florida. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
