How do I connect QuickBooks to GetBiz?

From the app, go to Settings → Connect QuickBooks. You'll be prompted to sign in to your Intuit account and authorize GetBiz to read your financial data. The connection typically takes under 2 minutes.

What is my BizScore?

Your BizScore is a composite health score for your business, calculated from your live financial data. It considers revenue growth, profit margins, cash flow stability, and other key indicators. A higher score reflects a stronger, more exit-ready business.

How accurate is my business valuation?

GetBiz calculates your valuation using standard methods (SDE multiple, EBITDA multiple, revenue multiple) based on your actual QuickBooks data. These are estimates for planning purposes — not formal appraisals. For a transaction, we recommend working with a business broker or certified valuator.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

Web subscriptions: go to Account → Billing in the app and select Cancel or Change Plan. Apple App Store subscriptions: open the App Store, tap your profile → Subscriptions, and manage GetBiz there. You keep full access until the end of your billing period.

My QuickBooks data isn't updating. What should I do?

Try disconnecting and reconnecting QuickBooks from Settings. If the issue persists, email us at admin@getbiz.io with your account email and a description of the problem.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes. GetBiz reads your QuickBooks data via the official Intuit OAuth API — we never see your bank credentials. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not sell your data.

Can I use GetBiz on multiple devices?

Yes. Your GetBiz account works across iPhone, iPad, and the web app at app.getbiz.io. Sign in with the same email on any device.
